Antorine Randle
Chief Executive Officer
Antorine brings 5 years experience in logistics and transportation management, shipping, inventory control management, master logistics scheduler, warehouse productivity tracking, talent accusations, case management, HR management, and client services. As operations & logistics supervisor he acquired 5 years industry experience with fortune 500 companies: Best Buy distribution center and CCR/Coca-Cola Bottling Consolidated Company. He also served in the US Navy as a Corpsman for the 4th Logistics unit. Antorine also held the position of Logistics Supervisor with Taylor Communications, a printing company that is the pilot for their first in-house distribution center. As a part of the management team, Antorine played an integral role in the development and execution of a 1st in-class distribution strategy that allowed the business to experience strong growth in revenue, earnings, profit margins and 99.98% on-time shipping, Antorine received his under graduate Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation & Logistics Management at American Military University, a 2nd under graduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Grambling State University, and he is currently enrolled in a Master of Science degree program pursuing a graduate degree in Logistics, Transportation and Trade at the University of Southern Mississippi. He is an active member of the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce, Black Business Association and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
April Randle
Chief Financial Officer
April brings 17 years senior level management experience in operations, sales, contract negotiations, financial planning, HR management, recruiting, accounts receivables & payables, collections, and office management. As Operations Manager she spent 8 years at Enterprise Holding as Manager of Customer Operations of the Atlanta Airport Division, where she managed the logistics and fleet planning department of more than 65,000 employees worldwide with tremendous leadership and an entrepreneurial base; it is currently the largest rental fleet company in North America. April also held the position of Area Market Director at Advantage Resourcing, a staffing company with fortune 100 and 500 business client base. As part of the management team, April played an integral role in the development and execution of a business strategy that allowed the business to experience strong growth in revenue, earnings, and profit margins. April received her MBA with a focus in management from Florida Institute of Technology and her under graduate Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Grambling State University. She is an active member of the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce, National Black MBA Association, Black Business Association and LSRM.
